How do i get shiny and silky hair? without using hair products or beer or vinegar, baking soda or alcohols.?

i've been struggling wiv ma hair! i dont want it too dry and i dont want it greasy. i love long hair but then my auntie had to cut ma hair! now i want ma hair to grow quickly and i also want silky shiny soft hair so please do give me some advice thanx bye!
