Should I leave my church to help another one? Please answer!!!?

im 16 and i attend a christian church where i am deeply involved in the youth ministry and musical worship. i preach, sing, teach. God has allowed my church to prosper and us members dance in the Holy Spirit every service(we are not faking it either like some churches). yet i been visiting a local christian church that is lacking the holy spirit. they teach correctly but just don't have that kick. i feel that i can really use my God given talents to help bring the anointing back to this church. so should i leave my church and my duties in it (musician, youth leader, preacher, singer) to help this other church? serious answers please
