Are we ever "ready" for a baby?

Emotionally speaking, I don't think I'll ever be 'ready' for a baby, and I don't see why I should be. I don't like kids in the slightest, I don't go 'aww' when I see a baby, and I get grossed out by anything child related. I'm much happier without, and that's fine by me.
