Skydiving Question?

Does anyone know if there are any other countries that use the SOS reserve deployment? I got my Cat A licence a couple of years ago in Brisbane and don't have my own SOS rig, so I can't jump here in the UK (unless I do the whole thing again!). I'll be moving to Oz next year but I wondered if there are any countries in Europe that use the SOS reserve, so I can get my fix!
