Why Can't I access the school websites in Singapore?

Okay,you see,I have been trying for the past few days to access the Zhonghua Secondary School website but with no success.I tried with Whitley but I could not access it.I tried going to each website from the MOE website but no success either.Are the websites undergoing maintainence or what?
