Is there still chance for me to get into a good college if I got suspended?

Here's the story, one day in my junior I had so much work, and II stole a test from a teacher. I was suspended for three days. I now regret so much and have never made mistake like this from that point on. This will appear on my transcript, and is there any way for me to compensate for this in my college application? I understand that my chance of going to a good college is now lower, but is there anything I can do to bring my hope back up? By the way, I have a 2100 SAT and a 3.7/4.0 GPA, I am aiming for Penn State and Syracuse.
