Was any U.S. citizen ever charged with Treason during the Vietnam War?

Not exactly 'treason', but there are many well-doented cases of soldiers simply refusing to follow orders, including about 500,000 dessertions, sabotage, and protest-killings of commanding officers, which was nicknamed "fragging."
