Anyone else find it funny that Edwards admits this adultery the day that Obama goes on vacation?

Politicians always 'time' their activities and revelations of dirt. They usually try to keep something embarring for Friday, that way it will lose steam over the weekend. If it's dirt on their opponent, they time it for Monday morning, when everybody will be talking about it around the water cooler. This was a calculated admission by Edwards, and especially since Obama is on vacation (and we're getting a well deserved rest from him), it's just politics as usual.
