Can you help me find this programme I saw on Tv when I was younger?

In it, it showed lots of people travelling on a bus at night. Then the bus swerved accidently and ran off a bridge. From the crash the spirit of the bus driver floated up first but couldn't seem to stop and carried on into space but the other spirits of the dead penger gripped the side of the bus then gravity kicked in. I don't know if this is a film, tv show or how long ago it was but I got cut off from watching further than this and really would like to know what its called.
