Carpal Tunnel??????

I am 13, this morning I woke up with this sort of pressure and pain in my forearm and wrist. This is the first time I have had this but my fingers have been numb and tingly before (you know the kind of pins and needles were you feel like somebody is pouring cold water over your hand, but nothing is on your hand). No, I did not do any strenuous activity yesterday and I am a gymnast so I am constantley bending my wrist different ways. Please help, it hurst quite a lot.
