How does this sound to you?

I recently purchased a home in San Diego California. Along with this home came a totally detached 800 square foot split level Granny Flat. I am thinking of opening up a bed and breakfast back there. The Granny flat was built in 2003 so therefore it is fairly new. I am thinking of decorating it so attractively where when you walk in the door you feel so comfortable and cozy you wouldn't want to leave. This place is totally private with an enclosed patio that no one can see into. There are double french doors that go out into the patio where I would put a above ground jacuzzi into it for your comfort. This is two levels. walk up four stairs and you are on the upper level where the living room is. There is a bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub with jets. I would place a flokati rug by the fireplace and plasma Tv above the fireplace. Sensual smells and paint colors. As you can tell I am all over the place with this that is why I am here soliciting your advice and suggestions. I live in a residential neighborhood so therefore I am not sure as of yet if this is permitted, but if it is, I think that I am going to go for it if the Pros outweigh the cons. I would have a continental breakfast for you in the morning, a newspaper placed outside of your door and a 12:30pm check out time. This would be the most cozy bed and breakfast you have ever seen. Can you give me some suggestions? Pros, Cons? I need your help in developing a plan!!! Thank you in advance for your answers!!
