How should i learn to speak american english fluently?

I am from Nepal. I know the basics but i want to be a fluent speaker and good communicator. What will be good for me=>like watching movies, using language software, etc. I asked a similar question before regarding using rosetta stone but i did not get satisfactory answers. thank you for your time.
