What are my chances? Very low Hcg level!?

I went to the doctor on Monday because I had a faint positive on a first response test. They did bloodwork and said that my Hcg level was a 9. Bad I know. However, I went back today and they said that it was 14.6 Should i get excited or expect another miscarry. I have had three already this past year. I really need some inspirational stories please.
