What is the best way to manage ptsd and panic problems whilst outside ?

It sounds to me like you may have been through some ghastly life experiences, at the hands of other people. Who may have lacked the sympathy skills you needed to overcome all these hopeless, despairing feelings you go through. I feel you need to see an experienced and accomplished yst or social worker with the maturity and perspective to enable you to learn to live with and deal with these turbulent, overwhelming emotions, as and when they arise, so that ultimately you can achieve your hopes, and more importantly get some sort of fulfillment and satisfaction from life. Nevermind having no formal qualifications and work experience, i bet you've already got strength and talent you don't know about, believe me! Keep away from the harsh and judgemental attitudes of others; their unenlightened and hardly suitable companionship material for anyone, especially not someone who is vulnerable. You need someone with proper competence who will have some humanity and help you to make good decisions-sounds to me you've been let down a bit by the folk around you. I hope this helps. Stay calm, build high for inner peace and contentment within your heart.
