When I try to fall asleep im waken up by fierce unstoppable body shaking?

Im 13 years old and i have been siick for one week. i lost my temperature 2 days ago and now i am left with congestion and headache i am currently taking advil cold and sinus, i just took some tylenon PM and when i get into bed i sleep on my side and i feel like someone just eletricutes me through my foot and it leads my whole body to fierce shaking that i cannot stop in the night but it only happens when i close my eyes and am falling asleep. i am now afraid to go to sleep and refuse to until i know whats going on so someone plz help me.
