Why doesn't the FDA, the DSHS, and Department of Agriculture outlaw tobacco products?
I know they were effectively "legalized" after prohibition by Republicans of great influence who even "advertised" and "convinced" many Americans to begin smoking. Later, some Democrats not only smoked but sold these "very unhealthy" products to the American public. If they were made "illegal" and still the "addicted" users obtained their smokes on the black market from the "suppliers and distribribution outlets", then that would be a matter for the Justice Department to pursue. The main issue is HEALTH for personal, community, and global reasons.
