In Illinois if you don't have insurance and you crash your vehicle is it automatically your fault?
My dad was in a car accident about a month ago and he had insurance. He was in the lane that continued and the other lane had to merge with his an uninsured motorist hit him and totaled his car is it automatically the uninsured motorists fault for illegally driving on the road?
