Where are the best places to eat in Portland Maine?

I'm visiting Portland Maine, I'm looking for a very good upscale place to eat in the Old Port District. I really don't care what kind of food. Italian, american, anything as long as the food and atmosphere is great!. Price isn't a concern either. Thanks!
