Losing weight for a high schooler healthy. please i really need your help!?
Okay so i am in 10th grade and still14 but turning 15 in a couple weeks. I am so fed up with my body! I've been really stressed and always eating! All my friends are skinny and I have never been the girl with "the body" and I really want to and for myself. I feel like my body keeps me back from being me, I feel like I'de be more confident. Anyways I am about 5'3 or 4 and weigh like 157lbs. Almost to big for size 13 jeans! I really want to get to like 110. I always have so much homework and can't excersice much during the week at home and everything in my house is junk. Well I have team sports so I play volleyball everyday and have to walk almost a mile to my house from my bus. I also eat chicken strips everyday (which isn't good right?) What could I do to help me achieve my goal? Please answer if you can give advice. I would greatly appreciate it! :]
